Warren Yeo has professional chartered accountant qualifications and being the members of Malaysia Institute of Accountant. He is also the member of Malaysian Business Angel Network. He has multinational management operations and pioneer experience in Malaysia, China and Taiwan for more than 12 years. He has vast angel investment experience in Malaysia, Singapore and China with successful exit experience in China companies in 2014.

Bryant Zheng is a business development and portfolio manager of Cowork Venture Sdn Bhd. He is a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Actuarial Science Degree Holder in University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). He is also a management Executive and pioneer team member of Cowork Venture investment portfolio technology startup. Besides, he is also having experience in funds raising through ECF platform. Bryant is also expert in setting up proper new company structure, handle tax registration and audit engagement.

Academically, Jin graduated from Northumbria University with a Bachelor Degree in International Business Management.
